Cancellation Policy

Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly, which is why we apply the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation within 7 day of your arrival the full amount will be deducted unless we can refill your booking. 

If there is a no show the credit card details provided at booking would be deducted as specified.

If the cancellation is due to Covid 19 or Government issued travel bans, which impacts on your ability to travel. We will not charge your credit card, if you have paid before arrival this will be refunded to you. 

Any refunds will be processed back to the NZ bank account or credit card account originally charged.

We are also happy to transfer to new dates if preferred.

If your booking is a block booking, or you are booking a studio or the house for 3 or more days, there will be no refund unless we are able to resell the accommodation.
