Cancellation Policy

Due to the size and nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly, which is why we apply the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation within 7 day of your arrival the full amount will be deducted unless we can refill your booking.

If there is a no show the credit card details provided at booking would be deducted as specified.

If your booking is a block booking, or you are booking a studio for 5 or more days, there will be no refund unless we are able to resell the accommodation.
